New Striker Excites Eguma
The technical adviser of Dolphins FC of Port Harcourt, Stanley Eguma, has expressed satisfaction with his new signing, Ifeanyi Egwim.
The player, who joined Dolphins last week from Enugu Rangers, came from the bench to make his debut in Wednesday’s match against 3SC.
Egwim, in spite of failing to score for Dolphins in their 0-1 loss to 3SC last Wednesday earned high remarks from his coach.
Eguma is confident that his new boy will hit the ground running in no time.
“He did well, when you consider the amount of pressure on him to deliver in his first game.
We believe that with time, he will put his acts together. He is a very good striker with vision for goals and I know he will take his time and start scoring before long,” Eguma said.
He continued that the club clamoured for him for a long time and thanked God that they have eventually got him, “so we just wait for him to peak.”
“Egwim has the potentials to make my first team in any match,” he stated.
