Lawmaker Lauds Church’s Moral Campaign

The lawmaker representing Asari-Toru  Constituency 11 in the Rivers State House of Assembly Hon. Godstime Ben Horsfall has commended the Church for its campaign against moral decadence in the society.

Hon. Horsfall who said this during the 6th annual thanksgiving service of Cloud of His Glory Ministries Port Harcourt also said that the churches need the support of governments to continue in its anti moral crusade in the society.

The lawmaker who was represented by his Personnel Assistant, Mr. Wokoma Iyenesima, commended the senior Pastor of Cloud of His Glory Ministries International for keeping the ministries going inspite of the difficulties, and assured of his support.

In his sermon entitled: “Enter Into My Rest”, the guest speaker Pastor (Dr.) J.P. Ojongo cautioned Christians against acts capable of straining their relationship with God, noting that God only work for those who put their trust in him.

Pastor Ojongo also urged members of Cloud of His Glory Ministries International to remain consistent in their devotion to the service of God.

In his address, the founding Pastor of Cloud of His Glory Ministries International, Pastor Ngoye  Atiegoba said that the Ministries which started on the 14th of August 2005 had been used by God to assist many.

“Today I am standing here to thank God for the permanence of the miracles he has used us to perfect and we are still saying we are open to all of you that would tap from our gifts he said.
