Yobo Set To Complete Move To Fenerbahee

Joseph Yobo’s move to Fenerbahce could be completed within hours, according to Tidesports sources.

However, the deal is on a ‘loan to buy’ basis after both clubs failed to reach agreement on the fee.

The buy-out figure is said to be 3 to 5 million euros.

Everton have been locked in negotiations with the Turkish champions over the past few days and sources disclosed that agreement was expected to have been reached by yesterday.

The player is scheduled to leave for Turkey by yesterday.

Yobo spent last season on loan to Fenerbahce, helping them in the Turkish championship, and an agreement for a permanent deal had been all but concluded before Fenerbahce were caught up in the middle of the corruption scandal which has left Turkish football reeling.
