NSF Excites Rivers First Governor
The first Governor of old Rivers State and Amayanabo of Twon Brass, HRM Chief Alfred Diette Spiff, has said he is excited and happy that Rivers State is hosting the National Sports Festival for the second time.
Chief Diette Spiff who wished he was a contestant at the game said Rivers State hosting the festival showed that the state had grown with new doors opening for its development.
He said, the infrastructural development in the State was visible while there was visible change all around the state.
The farmer governor who is an ardent golfer wished the Port Harcourt Golf Club 1928 one of the venues of the games was also upgraded and wished all participants well.
