Director Urges Ex-Internationals To Support Grassroots Football
Director of the Real Club Deportivo (RCD) Espanyol football Academy, Stanley Wariso, has charged African Ex-Internationals to support the promotion of grassroots football academics in the continent.
Warison gave the charge in respect of Kanu Nwakwo’s testimonial match billed to hold tomorrow at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos State.
According to him, African ex-Internatioknals should endeavour to support the grassroot football morally, financially and other-wise.
He continued that it will serve as a payback for all the achievement they have made through the game in the past, which will also bring hope to the youths.
The young ones need encouragement and support from them to excel in their chosen career and to represent their Jather’ Land when the time comes”, he said.
