Go Round FC Targets Pro League

Okechukwu Okabie, Head Coach of Go-Road FC, an Amateur Division 1 side, has stated that promotion to the professional league is the club’s ultimate target in the 2011 amateur league season.

Okabie made this known at the weekend during an interview with The Tidesports in Port Harcourt.

According to him, he does not want to play two seasons in the amateur cadre saying that he has all it takes to be in the pro-league by next season.

 “My ambition is to pick the promotion and I have told the proprietor that I do not want to play two season because, I should be in the pro-league by next season”, he maintained.

Earlier, chairman and proprietor of the Go-Round FC of Omoku, Felix  Obua, has promised to host Dolphines FC at Omoko, should they finish tops in the premier league.
