Dolphins FC Proceeds On Break

Dolphins staff, both, playing and admin have been given a one week break to rest and enjoy the festive season.

The team started their break on Thursday, December, 23 2010 and would return a week later on December, 29 to resume preparations for their game against Crown FC on January 2, 2011.

Secretary of the club, Ahmed abdulrahman says the break is in order as it wont be wise to keep the players in camp during the Christmas season.

“It would have been a different matter if the League had no Christmas break and we were going to play all through but now there is a break so let them go.

“We have, however, pleaded with them to ensure they discipline themselves during their one week off since the season is far from over and we have a crucial game against Crown in about two weeks from now,” Abdulrahman said.

Dolphins ended their campaign for 2010 with a home game against Kwara United on Wednesday, December 22nd which they won 1-0 through Captain Ejindu goal and will look to continue their good form in the League when it resumes next year.
