Firm Re-Affirms Commitment To Housing Dev

In a bid to provide quality and conducive home to well-meaning Nigerians both at home and abroad, Kenpuru Estate has reiterated its commitment to give them quality assured residential homes.

The Managing Director of the firm, Jerry Opuma stated this in an interview with The Tide in Port Harcourt, recently.

According to him, for the discerning Nigerian whether as an individual or a family, the need to insist on the highest standard of living security and safety should be paramount to their life style.

He said that for families, individuals and most households that are now largely driven by various home appliances, Kenpuru Estate is ready to assist, saying that it is the company’s policy to have a stable and full proof investment in terrace houses which cost an affordable N27 million and can be for clients and patrons through a convenient payment plan, spread through 12-24 months of construction.

The estate, he said, is a five-hectare parcel of land within the suburb of Port Harcourt, noting that the estate is planned as a fully serviced residential estate, complete with all infrastructure and basic amenities apart from other additional facilities. 

Furthermore, promoters of the housing project maintained that the estate will accommodate no less than 116 terrace houses, apart from additional 21 residential plots for customised development, he added.
