Poly Students Honour Campuslife Editor

Students of the Polytechnic, Ibadan has honoured the Editor of Campuslife, Miss Ngozi Nwozor.
The honour according to the students, was in recognition of her contribution to the development of youths, reporting of students challenges, activities and discovery of young talents in Higher institutions.
The award was presented to Miss Nwozor at the end of the lecture she gave titled: “Career development and professionalism.
Campus Insight learnt that the lecture was organised as part of the orientation programme of the Faculty of Business and communication Studies (FBCS).
According to her, personal career development involved the psychological, sociological, educational, spiritual and physical influences that shape one’s life.
She noted how students should filter what influence they allow as, according to her, one is old enough to become an undergraduate is equally believed to be old enough to answer for himself or herself.
She maintained that to be a professional, one must constantly work at being “faithful, attentive, committed and reachable.
The campuslife Editor also urged the students to be good ambassadors of their families and the institution at all times.
Also speaking, the president of the faculty of Business and commutations studies students Association (FABCOMEGA) Comrade Babalola Ifeoluwa Daniel, showered appreciation to the management of the media House for giving students an avenue to express themselves.
Earlier, he has lauded the campuslife Editor for her concern and care for the students so far
