Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), President Lulu Abdullahi is confident that members of the panel which interviewed coaches for the Super Eagles coaching job will come up clean despite Glen Hoddle’s allegations of a bribery attempt.

Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission is investigating claims by the former England manager that he was asked to inflate his wages and pay the surplus to some Nigerian football officials.

But Lulu insists that the process was transparent.

“I am not aware of anything like that. I assure that as far as the federation is concerned, we are very very sure of what we have done and what the panel have done,” Lulu said.

“They made a transparent report which they sent to us and which the board agreed with, so I am confident that this whole issue will be cleared up.

“I cannot sit down here and talk about something I am not aware of.”
