The remains of Late Mrs. Elizabeth Vincent Elemanya, mother of Governor Chibuike Amaechi’s Special Adviser on Aquatic catfish farming, Hon. Ahamefula Elemanya were last weekend buried.

Sermonising at the thanksgiving by the family last Sunday, the pastor incharge of First Baptist Church, Ebrass in Ahoada-West Local Government Area, John Joel Elems described Late Mrs. Elemanya as a christian icon and enjoined her children not to deviate from her Christ-like lifestyle.

Pastor Elems who described the deceased as a caring and committed christian urged other members of the fold to emulate her.

In an interview with The Weekend Tide shortly after the service, the cleric attributed the vices among youths to unemployment, hence appealed to government to provide employment for them, as according to him, “the idle mind is the devil’s workshop”.

He stated that some pastors are in the missionary work today because of unemployment and advised that those in that category “should leave the fold and go to where they rightly belong, and leave the ministry for those genuinely called for it”.
