Varsity Matriculates 257 Students
No fewer than 257 fresh students who were matriculated by the Crescent University, Ogun State, have been urged to shun acts inimical to their studies.
Also, they have been told to steer clear of cultism, immoral dressing, examination fraud and other attitudes that are inconsistent with the standard regulations of the university.
The founder and visitor of the university, Prince Bola Ajibola, who gave the advice while administering oath of admission on the matriculating students admonished the students to face their studies squarely with dedication and ensure prompt payment of various fees in the institution.
The visitor of the university, who was also a former Attoney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice said the institution was expanding its Information Communication Technology (ICT) capacity and reading space to enhance learning and teaching.
According to him, expatriates were being recruited from India, Egypt and United Kingdom to further strengthen the academic staff for success in future accreditation by the regulatory agency –National University Commission (NUC).
