Today’s Kitchen Pancake Ingredients

Flour

4 Fresh eggs

One Tin of peak milk

Fresh  Pepper

Granulated sugar

Salt

Water

Groundnut Oil

 

Method

Siften (seven) flour to remove ants or dirts if any. Put  in a Basin do same to granulated sugar.

Break eggs and put in an open dish. Open milk and add. Beat with fook to allow free flow.

Add enough granulated sugar and a pinch of salt Beat together for mixture to dissolve. Add enugh water into it and turn together. Add into flour and mix properly until mixture is finally dissolve cut onion into preces and add. Also fresh pepper mix properly.

Lite the stove or gas depending on choice put the frying pan on fire. Add enough groundnut oil and Heat. Put mixed flour into heated groundnut oil and fry tit it is golden Brown and remove. Serve as Breakfast with tea Akamu or custard, Depending on choice.
