Bonny Legislative Assembly Assures On Dev

The Bonny Legislative Assembly has passed six resolutions into law, while five bye-laws have been instituted.

The leader of Bonny Local Government Legislative Assembly, Hon David Irimagha who disclosed this said some of the bye-laws include three appropriation bye-laws and three others which are aimed at giving the people of the area a sense of belonging, development and better living.

The legislators assured the people of Bonny of better representation and service delivery, and solicited for their co-operation and support to move the local government forward.

The leader also used the forum to send a goodwill message to the chairman of the council, Barrister Edward Ebenezer Pepple, the Amanyanabo of Grand Bonny, King Edward Asimini William Dappa Pepple XI, Perekule III, his Council of Chiefs, title holders and members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as well as all elected and appointed sons and daughters of Grand Bonny, wishing them a blissful yuletide.

It also felicitated with the companies, and all those doing business in Bonny and the entire people of the area as well as the security personnel, wishing them all the best in the years ahead.
