No Candidate For Anambra Guber Poll – NDP
The crisis rocking the National Democratic Party (NDP) has assumed new dimension as a faction led by Prince Kassim Afegbua, spokesman to General Ibrahim Babangida, former military president, has declared that the party was yet to reposition and does not have any gubernatorial candidate in the 2010 poll in Anambra State.
The faction leader made the declaration in a statement just as he said the repositioning was necessitated in view of the mis-representation and mis-direction by two suspended leaders of the party, whom he said would soon be made to render account concerning N6million INEC fund, among others.
