Nigeria Books Two Planes To Kenya

The Nigerian contingent to this weekend’s 2010 World Cup qualifier against Kenya will travel in two chartered aircrafts, a sign that things may have gone awry between the Presidential Task Force and the Nigeria Football Federation.
The PTF contingent will be flying in an Arik aircraft, while the NFF contingent, including the playing squad, will travel in a Chanchangi Airlines aircraft.
The original arrangement was for the PTF to make the travel arrangements, but in doing so, the body allocated 50 seats to the NFF, a number the Glass House found inadequate.
They subsequently opted to make their own arrangements, leading to the deal with Chanchangi Airlines.
Both teams will leave on Thursday night for Nairobi.
