Richard Eromoigbe has joined Nigeria Premier League club, Warri Wolves after being released by Russian club, FC Khimki in September.

Wolves Media Officer, Azuka Chiemeka confirmed the move, but said the player will only start playing from next weekend.

“Eromoigbe has agreed to join us for an undisclosed fee and he will start playing from next week,” Chiemeka told Tidesports’ source.

Eromoigbe, a former junior international, was a member of Nigeria’s squad to the 2008 African Nations Cup.

In July 2008, he went on trail at Derby County, but manager Paul Jewell passed on offering him a contract.

Eromoigbe played some of his best football with Romanian side, Levski Sofia, which he helped win the Bulgarian title in 2005, and then go on to make history as the first Bulgarian side to reach the UEFA Champions League group stages.
