Sam Loco Falls Sick After AGN Election

There is a serious anxiety in Nollywood as famous comic actor, Sam Loco Efe has fallen sick shortly after the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) general election in Port Harcourt which he coordinated as the chairman of the electoral committee.

According to a recent report, the Edo State born make believe practitioner in a telephone conversation confirmed the development, stressing that the sicknes started after the election. He said “After the election I travelled to Ebonyi State capital Abakiliki where I fell sick, I was seriously sick, after a thorough checkup, the doctors said that the illness has to do with Arthritis.

It was gathered that after some treatment in the East, he came back to Lagos to continue the treatment because the doctor who has been given him the treatment is based in Lagos.Sam Loco as it would be recalled, recently said that he is retiring from Nollywood activities and if he does that he is looking forward to going into mechanised agriculture in Abakiliki, the Ebonyi State capital.

Meanwhile, the AGN national secretary Chuma Onwudiwe in a press statement said “it is normal to be sick, there is no medical anxiety, we spoke with him yesterday, he should even be on set now because he is hail and hearty.”
