Fake Marriage Lands Pastor, Lawyer In Jail


A British Court has jailed two Nigerians, a pastor and an immigration officer over fake marriages.

Small Talks learnt that the duo were into cooked up marriage transactions for illegal immigrants in order to enable them have visa, free healthcare and education.

We gathered that the two “businessmen” married up to 360 illegal immigrants between 2005 and 2009 with an average of eight weddings per day.

This publication learnt that the immigration lawyer charges up to 15,000 for a dodgy wedding.

We were further told that a Ukraiman who supplied willing Europeans for the same deal, charges #3,000 cash.

Small Talks was informed that the court was also mad with the clergy for  failing to read out the banns, asking the congregation  “if they knew of any just cause or impediment” why two people should not be marry.

Many of the victims were registered under one address and fake names.

This publication gathered that ten of the fake married people got police caution in the court while those yet to be discovered by the British authority enjoy there freedom in their different states.
